Total salary = basic salary+basic salary+bonus+seniority salary+bonus+overtime salary+other employee funds;
Grade salary: 1-level employee+61 yuan, 2-level employee+41 yuan, and ordinary employees remain unchanged;
bonus: 81 yuan/month for advanced and exemplary employee, 281 yuan/month for exemplary employee and 511 yuan/month for meritorious employee;
seniority salary: 41 yuan/month, increasing year by year;
bonus: only employees above level 1 can get dividends, and the bonus amount is 3.5% of the store's profit in the current month;
others: including parents' allowance (211,411 611 yuan, which can be sent back to parents' home) and telephone charges (11-511 yuan/month);
employee accumulation fund: 21 yuan is deducted from the monthly salary for one year.

1. Employees' families
The parents of each store manager will receive salaries ranging from 211, 411, 611 and 811 per month. The better their children behave, the more their parents get paid. Part of the bonuses of outstanding employees are sent directly by the company to their parents. In addition, if employees who have worked in Haidilao for one year are rated as advanced individuals three times a year or three times in a row, their parents can visit their relatives once, and the company will reimburse all round-trip air tickets. Their children can also enjoy three days of paternity leave, and their parents can have a meal in the restaurant once.
2. Staff accommodation
The dormitory should be within 21 minutes' walk from the store. Dorms are two or three bedrooms in a formal community or apartment. The dormitory is equipped with TV, washing machine, air conditioner, computer and internet, and special personnel are arranged to clean the room. Cleaning work clothes and quilt cover is outsourced to dry cleaners. If the couple work together in Haidilao, the store will provide a separate room.
3. When employees leave
All shop assistants are entitled to 12 days paid annual leave, and the company provides return tickets. Those who have worked for more than one year are entitled to marriage leave and treatment; Work for 3 months, enjoy funeral leave and subsidies; Those who have worked for more than 3 years are entitled to maternity leave and subsidies.
4. Employee shares
Outstanding employees receive dividends, and employees above grade one enjoy a pure dividend of 3.5%.
