If the test fails or the pollutant discharge exceeds the standard with the certificate of smoke elimination and dust removal, the environmental protection department may collect the pollutant discharge fee exceeding the standard according to the regulations, give a warning according to the regulations, and order it to deal with it within a time limit or close the furnace. Twentieth boiler equipment environmental requirements testing work undertaken by environmental monitoring departments at all levels, and the implementation of paid services, fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and province. The environmental protection departments of cities (prefectures) shall be responsible for the inspection of boiler equipment within their respective jurisdictions, and make unified arrangements for inspection tasks, verification instruments and equipment, technical assessment and supervision and management. Twenty-first environmental monitoring departments at all levels must strictly follow the national or local standards and testing methods to test the environmental requirements of boiler equipment, and regularly report the measured data and related information of the tested unit to the municipal (local) environmental protection department.
