1. Contracting method

V. Rights and obligations of Party A

VI. Rights and obligations of Party B

2. You must accept the supervision and inspection of Party A's catering committee and the management of the logistics service team, accept the supervision of the employees, establish the idea of serving the employees, be enthusiastic in service, and be kind and polite to others.
3. The kitchen staff shall be fully staffed to ensure the normal operation of the canteen. VII. Liability for breach of contract

1. When the complaint rate of Party B's cooking by employees of our company reaches 51%, Party A shall immediately rectify and improve it. When the complaint rate of employees of our company reaches 61%, Party A may choose to change the contractor and propose to terminate this contract.
2. If employees of our company find foreign objects in the food cooked by Party B while eating, and they complain once, Party A will fine Party B 51 yuan/time.
3. Party B is not allowed to open a small kitchen without permission or misappropriate kitchen ingredients. If Party A finds out, Party B will be fined 211 yuan/time.
4. In summer, when the temperature is above 35 degrees, Party A may ask Party B to supply other summer drinks (such as herbal tea and porridge), and the materials shall be provided by Party A, and Party B shall actively cooperate.
5. all disputes between party b and the outside world during the contract period have nothing to do with party a.
6. Party B shall do a good job in fire prevention, theft prevention, anti-virus and hygiene management. In case of any accident, Party B will be held accountable.
VI. Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled through negotiation between Party A and Party B. In case of dispute, if negotiation fails, they may apply to the local people's court for arbitration.
