3. Under special circumstances, such as emergency medical treatment, candidates' exit examination, etc. Under the premise of strictly observing the epidemic prevention and control policy, the following conditions must be met when opening the green channel to ensure special travel: there is a certificate issued by the township, there is no abnormality in health monitoring, the results of three nucleic acid tests within 72 hours are negative, and the "Yukang code" is a green code.

How to apply?

first step

The person leaving the area should provide personal information such as the activity track within 7 days, the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 72 hours, the reason for applying for leaving the area and related certificates, and the destination.

Apply to the village at least 1 day in advance.

Second step

The township shall examine the necessity of leaving the district and issue a certificate. In principle, if people leave the village in the area and there are communication risks, they will not be approved.

Note: Local towns and villages should guide people who leave the area to truthfully submit relevant information, report to the destination village in advance, and do personal protection along the way. The village of residence should push information to the destination village in time, and establish a reply and audit mechanism. Those who conceal, lie about information and fail to implement their work will be seriously investigated for responsibility.
