Reduce and exempt enterprise rent. For enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households that rent municipal and below state-owned business premises, the rent in February and March will be exempted. For renting other business premises, the owners (landlords) are encouraged to reduce or exempt the rent for the tenants. For those who have been rent-free for more than 2 months, the government will reduce or exempt the property tax and urban land use tax according to the number of rent-free months.
