April 1, 2123. According to official website of Weifang Housing Management Bureau, Weifang Zhonghai Huanyu City started construction on April 11, 2123 and is expected to be completed in August, 2125. Weifang, known as Weizhou and Weixian in ancient times, also known as Yuandu, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, a type II big city, and a regional central city of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration confirmed by the State Council.
