Because I am a newcomer, a lot of work actually doesn't go through my hands. In fact, the main job is just to listen to the work of the warehouse supervisor. Work is a bit light and boring. Because it is a production enterprise, the warehouse here is relatively simple, with a material warehouse and a finished product warehouse. The material warehouse is full of all kinds of spare materials and normal products that need to be processed. Receive general materials according to supplier's arrival notice. After the arrival of the goods, the receiving personnel count the receipts according to the driver's container list. Then pinch the lead seal with the driver and open the door to check the condition of the goods. If the goods are seriously damaged, we should immediately notify the supervisor to wait for treatment. If the goods are in good condition, we should start unloading. When unloading, the consignee must strictly supervise the loading and unloading of the goods (handle them carefully) and ensure that the quantity, packaging and shelf life of the products are in strict conformity with the packing list. Any damage and shortage must be strictly indicated on the receipt, and a document signed by the driver, such as accident record, transportation quality tracking form, delivery note, etc., should be kept. Damage and shortage must be reported to supervisor and production manager in time. In case of bad weather (rain, strong wind, hail, etc.). After receiving the order, the relevant information notice must be completed and recorded in the account on the same day. After the goods are accepted according to the documents, the goods in different states are stored separately, and the return or replacement documents and receipt documents are put into storage, and the product name, quantity and status are recorded. Generally, the types of materials and the quantity of qualified products are counted first, and the receipt document is filled in. All the goods can't be placed directly on the ground, but must be placed in wooden pallets according to the standard of cargo hold. It is not allowed to put anything unrelated to the goods, such as waste paper, waste products and adhesive tape. For some damaged and defective products, put them separately in the shelving area, and keep them clean and accurately recorded. When the production workshop needs a certain material, someone will pick it up. We just need to know the quantity and type it needs, and fill out a delivery order, which will be signed by both parties. Generally speaking, I have done a lot of work in this area, because the production workshop has to take more materials in one day. For outbound, the warehouse keeper should also fill in the material requisition form, which is signed by the requisitioner, the warehouse keeper and the relevant person in charge, and is also in triplicate, and submitted to the accountant, the requisitioner and the warehouse for filing and accounting. Every delivery is an important part of this work, and all outbound documents (authorized signature and seal) must be used as the basis for delivery. After receiving the delivery notice from the company, the documents will be reviewed (check the correctness of the documents and whether there is enough inventory), and the vehicles will be notified after the approval. The warehouse manager delivers the goods strictly according to the invoice. If there is any difference between the invoice and the quantity of goods, the supervisor must be informed in time, and the problem should be clearly pointed out on the invoice so as to solve it in time. The warehouse manager checks the stock quantity according to the delivery note, picks up the goods according to the delivery note, and checks the condition of the carrier vehicle before loading. The warehouse keeper will deliver each goods out of the warehouse in turn according to the dispatch list, and check the serial number, quantity and status of the delivered products with the driver. Commodity management is a compulsory job every day.
