Most of the mapping software can be exported to the functions of word, Excel and PPT, but Mindmanager can not only export, but also import word, Excel and PPT, and support more formats, such as project, visio and Outlook.

Mindmanager's templates are also very rich, especially in business style, so some people say that if you make a guide map for yourself, you can use Xmind. If you make it for others, such as customers or leaders, I recommend Mindmanager.

This is a software developed by TonyBuzan, the founder of the mind map concept. Is it a bit orthodox? The hand-drawn style of 2333 is one of the highlights, much like the mind map we drew with colored pens when we were young, and it is quite kind. Editing freedom is very high, for example, the length and position of branches can be moved at will, but XMind can't update to iMindMap11 recently, which is the most powerful version according to the official!

mindmapper:

the online collaboration function is great! The freedom of operation is also very high. The disadvantage is that the template is ugly, but it is not recommended to rely too much on it, which will limit your thinking. Moreover, applying the template is more suitable for beginners to practice their hands. You can refer to the drawing ideas or something. Features include timer, bird's eye view, dashboard and so on.
