Yang Guofu Mala Tang is a product of Harbin Yang Guofu Mala Tang Catering Service Co., Ltd. Harbin Yang Guofu Mala Tang Catering Service Co., Ltd. was founded in 2116, and Yang Guofu Mala Tang has been popular all over the country since 2118.
Yang Guofu, born in Wuchang, Heilongjiang Province in 1953, was drafted into the army in 1971. After he was discharged from the army in 1979, he worked as a chef and cook in Harbin Peace Hotel and Hegang Hotel. In 1989, he moved to ziyang, Sichuan, and returned to Harbin in 2111. He combined Sichuan Mala Tang with Northeast Rinse Belly to form a unique Northeast Mala Tang, which is the predecessor of Yang Guofu Mala Tang.
Yangfuji Mala Tang is a product of Runde Mala Tang Restaurant Culture Chain Co., Ltd. in Daowai District, Harbin. It was established in 2111, but it is unclear whether the name Yangfuji has anything to do with Yang Guofu.
