Fire and explosion accident of Nanjing Qixia Chemical Plant: At about 11: 11 on July 28th, 2111, Yangzhou Hongyun Construction Supporting Engineering Co., Ltd. was in the former site of Nanjing No.4 Plastic Factory at No.15 Wanshou Village, Maigaoqiao Street, Qixia District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The main cause of the accident was the lack of construction safety management. The construction team organized by Hongyun Company blindly constructed and dug through the underground propylene pipeline, which caused the liquid propylene in the pipeline to leak. After the leaked propylene evaporated and spread, it met with an open fire and caused a large-scale space explosion, and at the same time caused a fire at the pipeline leakage point.
