Provisions on the management of safe gas use
Gas leakage, fire and explosion accidents occur frequently all over the country, which are extremely harmful and directly threaten people's lives. As the filling capacity of the four large gas tanks used by the company is 50kg (equivalent to three ordinary gas tanks 15kg), according to relevant data, the explosive force of 1kg liquefied gas after vaporization is equivalent to 4- 10kg TNT explosive. It can be seen that once four large gas tanks explode, the power is huge (equivalent to the explosive force of 800-2000 kilograms of TNT), and the consequences are unimaginable (for example, 20 1 1 year 1 year 1 year 1 year) Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the company's gas use, this management regulation is formulated.
I. General provisions
1. The principle of "whoever is in charge is responsible" should be followed in the safe use and management of gas. Each shift should have a special person who is responsible for the safety and fire prevention inspection and make inspection records, and abide by various rules and regulations to ensure the safe use of the work.
2, gas tank should be used upright, it is forbidden to upside down. Gas tanks should not be close to heat sources or open flames, exposed to sunlight, or heated by baking or pouring hot water. It is even more impossible to turn the gas in the gas tank into other gas tanks.
3. Do not dispose and dump the residual liquid in the tank without authorization. Although these residual liquids are difficult to vaporize, they will burn immediately when exposed to open flames.
4. Prevent the pressure reducing valve from leaking. Be sure to check whether the sealing skirt on the pressure reducing valve is aging or falling off. Once the apron is aged and falls off, it should be replaced immediately, otherwise a gas leakage accident will occur. When the valve body itself is found to be leaking, it should be repaired or replaced immediately.
5. Check whether the hose is aging, broken or damaged to prevent air leakage. The rubber hose should be dedicated to gas, and both ends connecting the pressure reducing valve and the cooker should be locked with stainless steel clips. The air inlet hose will age or be damaged if it is used for a long time, which has potential safety hazards. Therefore, when the air inlet hose is aging, it should be replaced in time, and it must not be used after being glued with tape.
6. Common methods for checking air leakage points: Rub soapy water on the parts that may leak air, preferably evenly, or rub it where you think it may leak air. If there is air leakage, you can see a small bubble on it, which is intuitive and easy to operate.
7. The stove should be used safely. The stove should be placed away from flammable materials and keep a certain distance from the gas tank; Stoves, pressure reducing valves, hoses and other accessories should be kept clean. Develop the good habit of never leaving the furnace when in use and turning off the switch (including the main switch of the gas tank) when not in use. Once the cooker is found to be leaking, please ask professional maintenance personnel to repair it.
8. Gas tanks should be inspected every three years. Pay attention to the inspection date mark on the fuel tank protection cover. Service date exceeds 15, and it is resolutely abandoned.
9. When the gas in the gas tank leaks, don't use electrical switches and open flames, and don't dump the residual liquid in the tank casually to avoid explosion.
10. In case of gas leakage or fire in the output pipeline, the fire extinguishing method should be used correctly. Cover your nose and mouth with a wet towel and enter the room. Cover the burning place with another wet towel, and then close the valve. At the same time, open the doors and windows for ventilation, and then put the tank in a safe place. If you can't get close to the gas tank, you can use cold water to reduce the temperature of the tank first to prevent the gas tank from exploding due to the sudden increase of pressure caused by flame barbecue.
1 1, pay attention to safety when changing cans. Some gas tanks seem to be used up, and the stove can't catch fire, but isn't the tank already in a vacuum state? If you don't pay attention to safety, the main valve won't close, and a fire may be caused by gas leakage and ignition. Therefore, you should not be too careless when changing cans.
12, gas tank storage room should keep air circulation, no power supply and fire source; Flammable and explosive articles and personnel are not allowed to live indoors; The door should be locked, and non-responsible personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the storage room of the gas storage tank.
13. If you suddenly smell strong gas, you can't turn on and off the electric light and ventilator, or make a phone call, flashlight, match, cell phone or lighter, which is very dangerous and may cause an explosion.
14, those who violate the regulations will be punished according to the company's reward and punishment regulations; Those who violate the criminal law shall be punished according to law.
Second, the workshop (stove) gas tank, stove and pipeline safety operation procedures
The safe use and maintenance of gas tanks, cookers and pipes in the kitchen can not be ignored, otherwise there will be big problems, and negligence will easily lead to fire and explosion accidents, resulting in life safety and property losses. Therefore, remind all people who use gas stoves to "safety first, prevention first" and formulate six operating procedures:
1, it is safe to open the gas valve and let the fire and other gases reignite. Don't leave people after the stove is lit, especially when boiling water to cook porridge, to prevent water from boiling and overflowing, resulting in fire leakage. Because after the gas stove is ignited, if people leave unattended, the flame may be doused by boiling soup in the pot or blown out by the wind. In this way, gas will continuously leak from the fire hole of the burner, causing accidents. It is forbidden for non-stove operators to operate stoves at will.
2. It is forbidden to use two kinds of gas sources at the same time. One gas source must be completely turned off, and the other gas source can only be turned on after the gas is burned out.
3. When stopping using the stove, the gas tank, pressure reducing valve, pipeline valve and stove valve should be closed at the same time.
4, according to the security team inspection, regularly clean gas tanks, stoves, pipes and interfaces, corners, etc. , to ensure normal work and safety.
5, found abnormal situation ruled out in time, when the situation is complicated, notify the equipment personnel for maintenance inspection.
6. Don't panic if there is a fire at the gas pipe crossing and liquefied gas tank. Generally, there will be no danger. Quickly close the valve to put out the fire.
7, the chef is responsible for the safe use of gas, the kitchen designated persons to manage gas facilities, fire equipment.
Three, the general requirements of flameout protection device
At present, there is no official national standard for flameout protection devices in China, and the following conditions are generally required:
1, to ensure the ignition procedure of the burner;
2. Before the small fire is ignited, ensure that the gas does not flow to the main burner;
3, no inherent defects, as long as the assembly is correct, it will not be out of control and cause danger.
4. When the fire goes out unexpectedly, all gas supply to the burner is interrupted.
5, electromechanical structure should be easy to maintain, and can adapt to the change of gas characteristics and power supply voltage.
