Technological process: cleaning and repairing at the grass-roots level → measuring and setting out → laying sound insulation pads → laying plastic films → laying 20/60 thick extruded boards → binding steel mesh → punching and plastering ash cakes → compacting and calendering fine stone concrete → maintenance → finished product protection → acceptance.
(1) Cleaning treatment of base course: Before laying, the base course polished with reinforced concrete protoplasm must be cleaned to ensure no sundries. During the construction process, the base should be dry and free of water. For coarse sand-forming base, the sand-forming part should be treated with tools such as wire brush and then polished with cement mortar; If there are pits and grooves at the base, they must be filled with 1: 2 cement mortar; Out of the foundation of steel head and stake should be removed to 2mm below the surface of the foundation, and then with cement mortar screeding; If there is height difference at the grass-roots level, sharp objects such as concrete burrs should be treated with a grinder at the external corner; If there is an empty drum at the grass-roots level, the empty drum layer must be knocked off, and then smoothed and calendered with cement mortar.

(2) Laying polyethylene sound insulation mats: Before laying, materials should be laid according to the specific size of the room and the laying requirements of the sound insulation mats. The whole roll of sound insulation mats should be laid in turn, and they should be fixed with tape paper to prevent the sound insulation mats from shifting due to the quality of materials during construction and from creeping between different layers. In addition, at the internal corner of the combination of the ground and the wall, sufficient soundproof pad joints should be reserved according to the design of the ground decoration layer to ensure that the edge of the soundproof pad is pressed in the middle of the baseboard to prevent the sound bridge from forming; If you encounter a water pipe with vertical ground, you should wrap a sound insulation mat around the pipe, and the height should be the same as the height of the wall. At the junction of yin angle or yang angle, the sound insulation pad should be laid smoothly through reasonable cutting, and the redundant part should be removed and the insufficient part should be filled.

(3) Laying plastic film: When laying, the overlapping part of the two films shall not be less than 100mm, and the overlapping part shall be pasted with transparent tape to ensure that the cement slurry will not flow into the soundproof pad when pouring concrete; At the cut-off part of the sound insulation pad (such as the corner), the plastic film should grow the edge of the sound insulation pad 100mm and be fixed with transparent tape.

(4) Laying extruded board: When laying, ensure that the joints are smooth and tight, and pay attention to that the positions between the board joints must be staggered by not less than 500mm.

(5) Binding steel mesh: the surface of steel bar should be clean and free from damage, and oil stain, paint stain and rust should be removed before use; The binding time interval should be even, the intersection point should be fully tied, the reinforcement should be padded with a 30mm thick pad, and the reinforcement should be disconnected at the separation joint. When binding steel bars, attention should be paid to the upward direction of the thread head and the thread head to prevent the thread head and the thread head from piercing the PE film and the sound insulation pad, so as to avoid forming an acoustic bridge and reducing the sound insulation effect.

(6) Paste the ash cake with screed: measure the setting-out, highlight the dividing line and elevation control points, and make the ash cake on the extruded board according to the 500mm elevation line of the completed building surface popped up around the small room, and the large room should also be reinforced. The leveling layer and ash cake are made of fine stone concrete with the same label and mixture ratio, and then laid with fine stone concrete.

(7) Compaction and calendering of fine stone concrete: The concrete protective layer shall be compacted by paving, scraping and pressing, and it shall be cross-rolled for three times with a 30kg roller. After leveling, the first pass of rolling adopts the rolling and semi-rolling method, rolling back and forth in both vertical and horizontal directions, and calendering with iron plate for the first time after pulp discharge. The above work must be completed within the initial setting time of concrete, and the second rolling should be carried out before the initial setting of concrete to enhance the bonding force between concrete and steel bars. Before the final setting of concrete, it should be calendered for the third time to seal the surface cracks of concrete.

(8) Maintenance: After the concrete is finally set, it can be covered with straw bags and watered for maintenance. The watering times shall ensure that the covering layer and concrete surface are wet, and the curing days shall be 15 days. Water storage maintenance is not used to prevent water from infiltrating into the sound insulation layer from the nodes, forming an acoustic bridge and reducing the sound insulation effect.
