Kungfu Catering Management Co., Ltd. is the first Chinese fast food enterprise in China to realize national chain development, and the only local brand among the top five fast food industries in China.
In p>1991, real kungfu originated in Chang 'an Town, Dongguan. In the development process, Kungfu has established three standard operating systems of Chinese fast food-logistics production standardization, cooking equipment standardization and restaurant operation standardization, which are fully in line with international standards in terms of quality, service and cleanliness. In 2116, Kungfu passed the international certification of HACCP food safety management system and ISO9111 quality management system, and passed the ISO22111 standard certification in 2118. As the first Chinese fast food enterprise in China, Kungfu has three logistics centers in South China, East China and North China, which are responsible for the procurement, processing and distribution of all restaurant food. By March, 2114, the number of Kungfu stores had reached 571, covering nearly 41 cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Chengdu and Changsha, with nearly 21,111 employees in China, and its scale continued to lead the Chinese fast food industry.

1991: Pan Yuhai founded the "168 Dessert House" in Chang 'an Town, Dongguan, mainly engaged in desserts, porridge and soup powder, and operated independently, becoming famous in the local area.
In p>1994, the hardware store operated by Cai Dabiao and his wife closed down, and Pan Yuhai gave 51% of the shares of "168 Dessert House" to Cai Dabiao and Pan Minfeng, and at the same time renamed "168 Dessert House" as "168 Steamed Shop" to operate with his sister and brother-in-law.
in p>1997, after years of painstaking research, Pan Yuhai put forward the overall design idea of the steaming cabinet, and entrusted a university professor to design the circuit. Finally, he successfully developed a computer-controlled integrated steaming cabinet, which solved the standardization problem of the industrialized production of Chinese food in one fell swoop.
In p>1997, "168 Steamed Shop" was renamed as "Dongguan Double Seed Diet Co., Ltd." and began to expand Zhang Zhilu. The first "Double Seed" Steamed Restaurant opened in Humen Town, Dongguan, which is also the first Chinese fast food restaurant in the world to achieve "standardization". Pan Yuhai is the legal representative, executive director and general manager, responsible for the overall management of the company.
In p>1999, the first set of Operation Manual defining the standardization of operation procedures in China catering industry was formulated. "Double Seeds" went out of Dongguan and entered Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The following year, the South China Logistics Center was established in Chang 'an, Dongguan with an investment of 51 million yuan.
in April, 2113, Enterprise Management College was formally established.
In p>2114, Shuangzi Company determined the overall development strategy of the enterprise and changed its brand name to "Real Kung Fu". On June 9th, the first "Real Kung Fu" original cup steamed rice restaurant opened in Guangzhou.
On February 24th, 2115, Kungfu opened its 111th direct chain store in Guangzhou, which was the first enterprise in Chinese fast food industry to break through the 111-store mark of direct chain stores.
in October, 2116, it officially passed the international standard certification of HACCP food safety management system and ISO9111 quality management system for the first time. In March, it was announced that it would resolutely not make fried food and promote healthy cooking methods for Chinese food. In the same year, a symposium on fast food nutrition and health in China was held. In June, it was awarded "Top 21 Fast Food Enterprises in China in 2115" by China Cuisine Association, ranking first among Chinese fast food brands. In October, Kungfu won the title of "Top Ten Fast Food Brand Enterprises in China" awarded by China Cuisine Association.
In February p>2118, Kungfu passed the international standard certification of ISO22111 food safety management system. On February 22nd, Kungfu announced that the annual sales volume of rice fast food exceeded 51 million copies, and the 311th direct store in China opened, which created two new highs in Chinese fast food industry.
In April p>2119, Kungfu won the title of "the most influential brand of fast food in China" selected by the fast food professional committee of China Cuisine Association, ranking first among Chinese fast food brands.
On April 7th, 2111, the first enterprise university in Chinese fast food industry-Kungfu Rice University was formally established. At the same time, in the list of the top 51 fast food in China released by China Cuisine Association for the first time, Kungfu became the only Chinese fast food brand among the top five fast food brands. In June, in order to better serve customers, Kungfu National Restaurant launched the fast service activity of "45 seconds to order food", breaking the fastest record of 51 seconds for serving foreign fast food.
On June 28th, 2111, Kungfu announced the official opening of the 411th store, which was the first time that the number of direct stores of a single brand in Chinese fast food industry exceeded 411. On February 2nd, Kungfu officially launched the customer-oriented "China Taste Plan": adhering to the enterprise development concept of "all for customers", we formulated and implemented measures around three key words: products, restaurant design and talents.
in July, 2112, it was awarded the "Top 111 Catering Enterprises in China in 2111" by China Cuisine Association, ranking 14th in total and first in Chinese fast food. The real kung fu has made great progress, and the profit in that year exceeded the sum of the profits in 2118-2111.
in August, 2113, the 511th Kungfu Direct Store opened in T3 Terminal of Beijing Capital Airport, and the enterprise scale continued to lead the Chinese fast food industry. This year, Kungfu opened 111 new stores, setting a new high in the history of Kungfu.
