1. Self-service bank refers to a bank whose customers realize self-service through electronic computer equipment without the help of bank staff. Generally divided into three types:
(1) "Hall style", in which computers are located in the lobby of each office, and customers enter the business hall of the bank to operate by themselves;
(2) "wall-mounted", that is, computers are installed in the street walls of public places or transportation hubs;
(3) "Driver", customers can operate outdoors, or they can drive near the front of the bank's computer facilities and reach out from the window to operate.
2. Development and planning of self-service banks:
The self-financing plan should give full play to the advantages of scale, generate scale benefits, and comprehensively promote the construction of electronic system projects with various supporting service functions and comprehensive performance. First, we must highlight the advantages of the same city and use high-tech means to quickly seize the commanding heights. After a period of trial operation and market feedback, after feasibility demonstration, we will invest boldly, give play to our scale advantage and gain a firm foothold in the fierce market competition.
Secondly, this is a new attempt to expand outlets under the condition that the People's Bank of China restricts the opening of new outlets. It not only saves the opening cost of bank outlets, but also rapidly expands the service function and service effect. The influence and scope of services will enable self-service banks to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3, safe use of common sense:
(1) When using the self-service equipment, pay attention to whether the person behind you is standing in a safe place one meter away or standing behind you to peek at your account and password;
(2) When strangers talk to you or disturb you, pay special attention to get back the card, cash and transaction slip first;
(3) Never transfer money to any account of unknown origin.
