I. Introduction Plan
Enterprises and institutions in Zhuanglang County 17, Gansu Province plan to introduce 55 talents in short supply, including 49 county-level institutions and 6 county-level enterprises in 16 (see Annex 1 for specific positions and majors).
Second, the introduction conditions
(1) Having China nationality.
(2) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system.
(3) Full-time graduate students from ordinary universities or full-time graduates with bachelor's degree or above from national "double-class" construction ordinary universities, and graduates with equivalent academic qualifications from well-known foreign universities. Graduates of class 202 1 must graduate before July 3 1 and obtain relevant certificates such as graduation certificate and degree certificate.
(4) Age conditions: undergraduate students are 30 years old and below (born after July 3 1990), master students are 35 years old and below (born after July 3 1985), and doctoral students are 40 years old and below (June 1980).

2. Registration method: Registration is conducted by online registration. Applicants are required to fill in the Registration Form for Introducing Talents in Urgent Need and Shortage in Zhuanglang County, Gansu Province (202 1) (see Annex 2), and provide corresponding supporting materials (valid resident ID card or temporary resident ID card, diploma, degree certificate, award-winning certificate, published thesis, school registration report, and education certification report of the Ministry of Education). Employers are also required to provide proof of work performance and a letter from the unit agreeing to register. Fresh graduates are required to provide the school. All the required materials are sent in the form of electronic documents to "Zhuanglang County's mailbox for introducing talents in urgent need (zlxyjjxjqrc@ 163.com)". At the time of registration, applicants should carefully read the letter of commitment of good faith, and the information and materials submitted must be true, accurate and effective, and meet the conditions for registration, otherwise the consequences will be at your own risk. (2) Prequalification
The organization department of the county party Committee and the county people's social security bureau set up a qualification review team to review the information uploaded by candidates in accordance with the requirements for the introduction of posts announced in the announcement. According to the results of qualification examination, the interviewer is determined, and the interview announcement is published on Zhuanglang County portal website. Candidates are responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided, and their qualifications will be cancelled if they resort to fraud.
(3) Interview
The interview work is led by the organization department of the county party Committee, and the county people's social security bureau and the employer cooperate to implement it. After the online registration and qualification examination, an interview will be organized at a certain time, and the time and place will be notified separately. The interview adopts a structured interview method with a percentage system. During the interview, the professional knowledge, basic quality and working ability of the candidates are comprehensively evaluated, focusing on the qualifications, moral quality, job adaptability, professional technology, work performance, rewards and punishments, etc. The interview adopts the percentage system, and the interview score is the average score after removing a score and a minimum score, and the score is kept at two decimal places. The interview results will be announced on the spot and signed by the candidates.
In principle, the interview evaluation ratio is not less than 3: 1 (the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of applicants for the plan). If it is less than 3: 1, an interview pass line will be defined, with the pass line being 80 points. After the interview evaluation, the candidates to be introduced will be determined according to the order of interview results from high to low. (4) Physical examination
The organization department of the county party Committee shall organize the physical examination in a unified way, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by itself. Those who lack one of the above documents shall not take part in the medical examination.

(5) Investigation
According to the introduction plan of each position, the candidates are determined equally according to the order of interview results from high score to low score. The inspection work is led by the Organization Department of the county party committee, and it is mainly carried out by individual talks and consulting files, so as to fully understand the ideological and political performance, moral quality, school (unit) performance, professional quality and practical ability of the inspected object.
(6) Publicity
After the candidates to be introduced are examined and approved by the talent work leading group of the county party Committee, they will be publicized on the portal website of Zhuanglang County and accept social supervision. The publicity time is 5 working days. The problems reflected in the publicity shall be led by the organization department of the county party Committee, and the employer and the competent department shall cooperate with the investigation and verification.
