3. There shall be no less than 10 engineering technical and economic management personnel in the enterprise, including no less than 4 technicians with intermediate titles in civil engineering, structural engineering, building structure, engineering survey, geotechnical engineering and traffic engineering, and no less than 2 technicians with senior titles.

4. The enterprise has a registered structural engineer 1 person.

5. The enterprise shall have at least 1 registered constructor.

6. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 6,543,800 yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 6,543,800 yuan.

7. The enterprise has corresponding special technologies, equipment and testing tools, as well as electric hammers, electric welding machines, steel bar position detectors, tensiometers, hydraulic tongs and other machinery and equipment.
