First, the expansion of business scale slowed down, and the non-coal industry continued to expand. 100 enterprises' total operating income was 41600 million yuan, an increase of 10.03% over the previous year, and the growth rate dropped by 8. 12 percentage points, which was the lowest level in ten years. The number of enterprises with operating income exceeding 654.38+00 billion yuan reached 6,543.8+06, the same as last year. Second, the coal output increased and the profit of the coal industry decreased. The coal output of 100 enterprises was 3.005 billion tons, an increase of 654.38+56 million tons over the previous year, and the growth rate dropped from the average annual growth rate of 13.72% since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan to 5.47%, the lowest level since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. For the first time, it accounted for more than 80% of the national coal output, which was 8 1.66%. The scale of total assets is affected by the rapid growth of liabilities. The growth rate of total assets is higher than that of net assets for five consecutive years, and the quality of asset growth is declining. The asset-liability ratio continued to rise, reaching 67.59%, an increase of 65,438 0.97 percentage points over the previous year and 4.99 percentage points higher than that of coal enterprises above designated size in China, and the financial risks of enterprises continued to increase.

Fourth, the total tax payment decreased for the first time, and the contribution of profits and taxes "dived" greatly. The total tax paid by 100 enterprises was 294.483 billion yuan, down 38.259 billion yuan from the previous year, down by 1 1.47%, which was the first decline in 10 years. The total profit and tax was 37,8641billion yuan, a decrease of1047.63 billion yuan or 2 1.67% compared with the previous year. There are 52 listed companies in 39 enterprises and 27 listed companies in the coal industry. 20 13 Faced with the grim situation of coal economic operation, coal enterprises persisted in striving for progress while maintaining stability, actively promoted the reform of coal marketization, accelerated the pace of structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading, and achieved remarkable results. At the same time, there are still many difficulties and contradictions in the development of coal enterprises. The transformation of economic development mode is slow and the efficiency of fund management is not high. Profitability has fallen sharply and losses have continued to increase; The situation of coal escape sequence has intensified, and the task of de-capacity is arduous; The driving force of innovation is insufficient, and R&D investment lacks a long-term mechanism for stable growth; Lack of core competitiveness and weak brand awareness. These have seriously restricted the development of enterprises.

The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attached great importance to the healthy development of the coal industry. Recently, the relevant state departments are stepping up efforts to extricate the coal industry from difficulties and taking various measures to comprehensively promote the work of extricating the coal industry from difficulties.
