The specific method is to pump high-concentration ozone directly into the pipeline container, and the requirements of disinfection and sterilization can be achieved by keeping the ozone tail gas at a certain concentration. Because the inner surface of the pipeline container is disinfected, the ozone concentration is higher, and our design concentration is greater than 50ppm.

The advantages of using ozone to disinfect pipeline containers are very obvious. Ozone generator can be used to disinfect different tanks, and each production unit can be disinfected in time before each refueling. The use efficiency is very high and it is very convenient. Don't use so much alcohol, nitrogen or high pressure steam. Therefore, it can be popularized in pharmaceutical factories.

(2) The central air conditioning purification system disinfects and sterilizes the clean area.

In food factories, generally speaking, the clean areas are large, and the central air conditioning purification system is used to complete the purification and disinfection of each clean area. The traditional disinfection method is formaldehyde fumigation. As mentioned above, formaldehyde fumigation has many disadvantages, but ozone disinfection is a good method. The method is to put the ozone generator directly in the air duct of the air conditioning purification system, which is called the built-in ozone generator. With the airflow in the air duct, ozone is sent to various clean areas for disinfection and sterilization, and the remaining ozone is sucked into the air return port and taken away by the central air conditioner. You can also put the ozone generator outside the air outlet of the central air conditioner, pump ozone into the air duct of the central air conditioner, and then send it to each clean room. This is called an external ozone generator. The external ozone generator is easy to install and maintain, but the manufacturing cost is high. The disinfection effect of the two methods is the same. According to the requirements of the disinfection standard of the Ministry of Health, the ozone concentration of air disinfection is 5ppm, but in fact, the disinfection of clean areas is not only the disinfection of air, but also the disinfection of the surface of objects, so the designed concentration is 10ppm. Turn on the power supply 1 hour before going to work every day to ensure that the planktonic bacteria and settling bacteria in the clean area meet GMP requirements within one day.

The test report showed that the ozone concentration in each clean area reached more than 10ppm within 40 minutes by using the ozone generator, and all the bacteria tests were qualified. But also qualified every day, completely replacing the headache of formaldehyde fumigation. At the same time, non-productive work and energy consumption are reduced, and satisfactory results are achieved.
