1. The health code is based on personal health, and residents can independently declare it online through the "Beihu Health Code Registration Right". Combined with the relevant data of COVID-19 epidemic in our city, the big data were compared and verified to generate personal QR code. As an electronic certificate of personal health information, QR code will be fully used in the next government service, public travel and employment return. The city's health code adopts the system of "one person, one code, one code, flow check, dynamic and effective".

2. Citizens can fill in personal health information by clicking "Hubei Health Code" through "Hubei Office" APP and "Alipay" city service. The general public should adhere to the daily health punch card and take the initiative to receive the code. Personal health punch data will be used as a reference for issuing health codes. For the elderly, minors or those who cannot apply for health codes due to special circumstances, guardians or other family members may handle them on their behalf.

3. Health codes are divided into three colors: green code, yellow code and red code. "Green code" personnel take their temperature at the bayonet or temperature measuring point, and are allowed to pass if there is no fever. "Code Yellow" and "red team" personnel cannot pass.

4. The health code will be transcoded according to personal health status and punching, and the "green code" is valid for three days. During the validity period, citizens must complete health registration at least once before they can get an automatic extension, otherwise they will be turned into "yellow code".
