The history of CAA can be traced back to the establishment of Cesar Ritz University of Hospitality Management in 1982. Today, CAA is the result of the merger of Cesar Ritz University of Hospitality Management's top European culinary arts program and DCT Hotel University of Lucerne in Switzerland, which is renowned in Europe for inheriting DCT's renowned global exemplary culinary arts essence, and combining the unique culinary arts and restaurant business management concepts of Cesar Ritz. The CAA program inherits DCT's renowned global culinary excellence and combines Cesar Ritz's unique approach to culinary arts and restaurant management. Meanwhile, the school is located in Lucerne and Brive, Switzerland, which are both world-renowned tourist attractions with beautiful surroundings, convenient transportation and shopping, as well as a strong cultural heritage.
CAA Kurina University of Gastronomy and Arts Lucerne Campus (formerly known as DCT University of Hospitality Management Lucerne) is located in Lucerne, which is known as the most beautiful and ideal tourist city in Switzerland, and offers a comprehensive European Culinary Management Program, which is the first international program to be accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF), and the quality of the school's education has been recognized by the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS), which has appointed the school as a special member and promotes the school globally.
