1. The equipment is safely transported to the designated installation location. During the transportation, pay attention to the appearance of the machine, which must not be worn, and handle it with care. Before installation, first check whether all parts of the purifier are complete.
2. Fixed equipment should be considered for positioning. Attention should be paid to whether the derrick is firm when hoisting.
3. When the equipment is installed, an aisle not less than the width of the main body should be reserved on the front, and the equipment maintenance door should have a space that can be opened freely above 111 degrees, so as to facilitate the future equipment maintenance and maintenance.
4. Check the construction tools and standing parts.
5. Stabilize the equipment on site or during suspension, and adjust the levelness. For the hoisted equipment, a maintenance platform must be set on the front of the equipment.
6. Confirm the wind direction of the equipment (air inlet).
7. connect the single-phase 221V main power supply and the grounding wire. Before the equipment is electrified, open the access door and the electric control box, and carefully check the wiring between the electrode box, the power output and the electrodes.
8. Connect the power cord of the fan.
9. The joints are sealed with sealing materials to prevent smoke leakage and oil leakage.
11. The connection between the purifier and the air duct is made of galvanized steel plate with flange connection, and the fan interface is made of soft joint made of nonflammable materials.
11. The location of the measuring hole of the air duct shall be equipped with the measuring hole in the appropriate position according to the debugging requirements, and the flange shall not be set in the wall or floor.
12. Necessary supports and hangers must be set for horizontal or vertical air ducts to ensure firmness and reliability. Avoid setting brackets at flanges, measuring holes, regulating valves and other parts. When installing the regulating valve, the operating handle must be prepared in a position convenient for operation.
13. Horizontal air duct for exhausting oil fume and water vapor >: 2% slope to the exhaust hood.
14. When the smoke exhaust duct is connected to the purifier, if it does not match the size of the inlet and outlet flanges of the purifier, it is equipped with a reducer. The length of the reducer is determined according to the included angle of reducer, generally, the included angle is not more than 1.5, and when the included angle is more than 25, the deflector should be added. When the entrance and exit of the equipment turn sharply due to site conditions, the deflector should also be added at the elbow to make the air flow into the purifier evenly distributed, so that the purification efficiency is in a relatively stable working state. Therefore, when manufacturing and installing the smoke exhaust duct connected with the purifier, please ensure that the length of the straight pipe
of the smoke exhaust duct (or reducing pipe) vertically connected with the purifier should not be less than twice the diagonal length of the inlet flange of the purifier.
15. The purifier can be installed indoors and outdoors. If it is installed outdoors, please add a rainproof device above the purifier to increase the service life of the purifier.
