After the convenience center agrees with his application, he shall go to the urban management monitoring squadron within the jurisdiction with his application, and the squadron will issue the merchant with a copy of the outdoor door opening signboard and the outdoor advertising facilities in the city, and hold these two certificates.

4. After the renovation is completed, report to the urban management supervision squadron within the jurisdiction.

The processing flow and the required information are as follows:

1. Get the application form for the construction of the advertising plaque at the front of the door (note: get it at the service center of the Urban Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau)

2. Submit materials: 1. Need to provide landscape advertising setup effect drawings (6 daytime effect drawings and 1 night scenes, A4 color drawings are required, indicating the materials used, size and production unit) and current situation drawings (one)

2. Property right certificate of the proposed location of landscape advertisement is required: 1 copies of real estate license or lease agreement.

3. A checklist for building decoration is required (note: contact the jurisdictional brigade for handling).

4. The original and photocopy of the business license or name approval letter and 1 copies of the legal person ID card are required.

5. catering and accommodation industries need to provide 1 copies of hygiene license; Organization code certificate

6. catering, accommodation and other tertiary industries need to go to the planning and environmental protection bureau for environmental impact assessment first.

7. Need to provide: five copies of the responsibility certificate in front of the door (if not, please contact the members of the brigade area under the jurisdiction of the Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau)

8. Merchants joining the national chain brand stores need to provide 1 copies of the national chain brand authorization letter.
