if you choose to receive the account in real time when transferring money through the bank counter or online banking, you cannot apply for withdrawal after the transfer.

Inter-bank remittance of foreign currency in business outlets: you can apply for foreign exchange remittance at our foreign exchange business outlets and fill in the "remittance voucher".
according to the relevant regulations of the people's bank of China, the service hours of transfer and remittance between ICBC and other banks are 9:11-17:11 every working day. Transfer and remittance between ICBC and other banks will be charged a handling fee of 1% of the transfer and remittance amount, with the lowest charge in 1 yuan and the highest charge in 51 yuan.
When you handle foreign exchange remittance, please pay attention to the following regulations of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange:
The name of the payee of foreign exchange remittance must be the same as the name of the remitter, or be the immediate family member of the remitter. If the payee's name is different from the remitter's name, a certificate that "the payee and the remitter are lineal relatives" is required, and "immediate family members" include "spouse, father (mother) and son (daughter)". If the payee and the remitter are in the same household registration book, the household registration book shall be presented.
if the payee and the remitter are not in the same household register, notarized or certified documents issued by authorized institutions such as notary department or police station are required to prove that the payee and the remitter are indeed immediate family members.
the nature of your foreign exchange remittance collection account and payment account in the same city must be the same, that is, "note-to-note account and remittance account to remittance account", that is, "the nature of note/remittance remains unchanged before and after fund transfer".
