Full-time colleges and universities under the national plan should be former graduates with permanent residence in Surabaya. 1, Registration and Qualification Examination

The examination is conducted by combining written examination with interview (lecture).

The written test is over. According to different majors, the written test is divided into two categories: education and health, and each category takes one subject. The content of education examination consists of two parts: basic knowledge of public education, basic knowledge of education, basic knowledge of educational psychology, professional ethics of teachers and legal system of education. The content of health examination consists of two parts: basic knowledge of public health and basic knowledge of health specialty. The basic knowledge of health specialty includes: basic knowledge of medicine (pharmacy), medical ethics, medical ethics and health regulations. The written test uses a percentage system to calculate the scores of applicants, and the written test time is 120 minutes.
Time and place of written examination: the time and place determined in the admission ticket shall prevail.
According to the national, provincial and municipal documents, the written test scores of candidates who meet the following conditions will increase by 10 during the preferential policy period: 1. Graduates selected by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Communist Youth League Committee to participate in the volunteer service program for college students in the west will be qualified after the expiration of service (limited to Surabaya); 2. After the expiration of Surabaya service, the provinces and cities that have passed the examination of "three supports and one support" or Surabaya nationality recruit graduates; 3. The interview of education professional and technical personnel is conducted by means of lectures, with reference to the "Evaluation Standard for Qualification Education and Teaching Ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools in Shandong Province"; Interviews for health professionals and technicians are conducted by combining structured and comprehensive health professional knowledge. Full score of interview (lecture) 100. During the interview (lecture), draw lots on the spot to determine the interview (lecture) order, and announce the results on the spot after the interview (lecture). The interview (lecture) results are announced to the public.

3, assessment and physical examination
After the interview (lecture), the total score of the exam is calculated according to the proportion of the initial test score and the interview (lecture) score of 50% respectively. The total score is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the number of people in the recruitment plan, the examiners shall be determined according to the total examination scores from high to low, and the total examination scores shall not be lower than the minimum scores of examiners in other professional positions who have not reached the recruitment ratio. If the total score of the last person in the recruitment plan is the same according to the professional position, the physical examination personnel will be determined according to the initial test scores from high to low, and all the personnel with the same initial test scores will participate in the assessment and physical examination.
The assessment refers to the "Shandong Province National Civil Service Recruitment Assessment Measures". The assessment results are divided into two grades: qualified and unqualified. Physical examination standards and related requirements shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state, the expenses shall be borne by the candidates.
Vacancies caused by unqualified examination, physical examination and qualification review shall be filled according to the total score of professional posts from high to low. The examination and physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the personnel transferred from the discipline inspection, supervision and organization departments.
4. Employment and treatment
Those who pass the examination, physical examination and qualification review are determined to be the persons to be employed and publicized to the public. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the applicants will voluntarily choose the recruitment unit according to the total score from high to low in the professional positions reported (the grassroots service period system will be implemented for those who apply for professional positions in education, with a service period of three years, and a voluntary service period agreement will be signed on the spot), and I will sign it for confirmation, and it will not be changed after confirmation. Lottery players with the same total score will decide the selection order. After the selected units are reported to the county government for approval, the relevant formalities shall be handled by the human and social departments, with a probation period of one year and treatment according to relevant regulations. Those who pass the examination after the probation period shall be subject to the current salary and welfare benefits of similar personnel in the unit, and those who fail the examination shall be dismissed.
