The certificate * * * has two levels, intermediate and advanced, and each level has four courses. Intermediate certificate courses are catering management and practice, catering marketing, modern kitchen management, video hygiene and safety. Advanced certificate courses are human resource management, financial management, information management and strategic management of catering enterprises. Only after obtaining the intermediate certificate can we obtain the advanced certificate. In addition, certificate courses can communicate with academic qualifications: the credits of four courses of intermediate certificate can replace the credits of corresponding courses of catering management specialty, and the credits of four courses of advanced certificate can replace the credits of corresponding courses of independent undergraduate course of catering management specialty.
