At the meeting of 196 1 ILO Committee on the Definition of World Occupational Standards, the Swedish Dietitian Association put forward the definition of dietitian and suggested that dieting should be used as a special word for dieticians. 1967, the world labor organization clearly defined nutritionists and public health nutritionists. The former refers to nutritionists who serve patients in medical institutions, while the latter refers to nutritionists who serve healthy people in public health institutions. Later, we gradually divided into management dietitians, consulting dietitians, research dietitians, sports dietitians, private dietitians and other dietitians engaged in different types of work. [3]
Developed countries and some advanced developing countries attach great importance to nutrition legislation, nutrition education and qualification certification and training of nutritionists. The United States promulgated the National Student Lunch Law as early as 1946, Japan promulgated the Nutritionist Law on 1947 after World War II, 1948 promulgated the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Nutritionist Law, and 1952 promulgated the Nutrition Improvement Law. Many universities have opened food and nutrition, and there are many intermediate nutrition schools, which have trained a large number of nutrition talents. Every country has a perfect nutritionist qualification certification and training system. For example, in the United States, the dietitian association is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of dietitians. Through the establishment of nutrition legislation and nutritionist system, countries have achieved the goal of improving people's physique.
In China, nutritionists can be traced back to the "food doctor" of the Zhou Dynasty. Among the officials in charge of medical care, there are four kinds of medical officials with different responsibilities: food doctors, disease doctors (physicians), selective doctors (surgeons) and veterinarians. Among them, "Doctor, six foods, six drinks, six meals, one hundred shames, one hundred sauces and eight treasures" are responsible for regulating the cold temperature, taste and nutrition of the royal diet, which is equivalent to a modern nutritionist.
With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual improvement of people's living standards, the demand for nutrition and nutritionists will increase day by day. In June, 2005, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, China released new occupations such as public dietitian 1 1. In 2006, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of People's Republic of China (PRC) promulgated the National Professional Standard for Dietitians (Trial), which played a positive role in promoting the professional development of dietitians in China.
At present, China is in a good opportunity of rapid economic development, and the vast rural areas are building a new socialist countryside in full swing. Among them, farmhouse leisure tourism has developed rapidly, and many villages (spots) with farmhouse characteristics have emerged. In order to meet the needs of developing rural leisure tourism in the new situation of our city and improve the quality of farm workers, Quzhou Farmers College specially held the training of "two members and one division" for farm workers, in which "one division" refers to rural nutritionists. Based on the National Professional Standard for Public Dietitians (Trial) promulgated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, rural nutritionists combine the special diets of farmers to cultivate a group of practical and new-type nutrition talents who not only understand the basic knowledge of nutrition, but also provide reasonable dietary suggestions according to the characteristics of different clients, so as to improve the overall taste of farmers' houses.
