One Meal a Day Diet
The following information is for reference only, and there is no actual diet program for everyone.

With a relaxed mood, eating only one meal a day and utilizing the time saved from the second meal to think and move around, you will feel more joyful than ever before.

The hardest thing to overcome in practice is the temptation of food, and you must always remember that "food is worse than the sword," and you need to be patient in your practice.

Things to be observed in the one-meal-a-day diet

*Eat dinner between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m., and eat it at the same time every time. If you find it hard to stick to 5pm for dinner hunger, eating between 3 and 4pm is fine.

*Do not eat or drink anything from the time you wake up in the morning until the time you have already set for dinner.

*No soup or water with dinner.

*Eat only dry food at dinner and chew slowly.

*Drink as much water as you want from two hours after eating dinner until 10pm.

*Don't eat food containing honey, sugar, pork, and especially not watermelon when eating dinner.

*If you have to drink at dinner for social reasons, eat a little food one to two hours before dinner so that you can have soup with your dinner.

Reducing Eating and Consuming Gaseous Foods

Most people think that reducing eating, or skipping a meal or two, is a serious matter, and are very worried about it. However, there are a few practitioners of the Yin Yang Diet who eat only one meal a day, and some who eat one meal in two or three days. Some people may say that there is no joy in living this way.

But what I am saying is that eating less, only one meal a day, or only one meal in two or three days, is a cure for all diseases, a medicine for longevity. In fact the real nutrition that feeds the body is the air. Food is actually produced by the life factors in the air entering the soil. Therefore, when people eat food, they are actually indirectly taking in the nutrients in the air.

If we reduce the amount of food we eat, and don't eat for one or two meals, we can take in nutrients directly from the air. We call the nutrients in the air (gaseous) when they are (gaseous), i.e., gaseous food. Much of the food that grows in the soil is already contaminated, so we eat it and get sick easily.

A patient who eats less can cure himself; a healthy person who eats less is equivalent to taking a long-life pill. The patient initially starts with three meals a day, gradually becomes two meals a day, one meal a day, and as he eats less, the healing of his own disease speeds up.

Enjoying food is also one of life's great pleasures, so some people ask to reduce eating, life's pleasure is not greatly reduced? Although the intake of solid food is reduced, the intake of gaseous food is increased and greater energy is derived from it.
