Chapter VI Legal Liability

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 48 The supervision and management of food safety at all levels and types of school canteens in this province in accordance with the "People's Republic of China *** and the State Food Safety Law" and other relevant laws and regulations, does not apply to the implementation of these measures.

Article 49 These Measures shall come into force on December 1, 2016 onwards.
