Sweet and sour garlic
Ingredients: garlic 2000g, salt150g, white vinegar 300ml, sugar 500g, brown sugar100g, and cold boiled water 3500ml.
Exercise:
1. Wash the garlic first. If it is fresh garlic, you need to leave two layers of garlic skin. If it is old garlic, peel off all the garlic skins directly.
2. Wash garlic and put it in clean water. You need to soak for 5 days in winter, and you need to change 1 time every day. You need to soak for 3 days in summer and change it every day.
3. Put the soaked garlic into the jar and sprinkle a layer of salt every time you put a layer of garlic. It needs to be washed after 5 days of pickling, and then dried in the sun.
4. Mix the white sugar, cold water, brown sugar and white vinegar together, then add the dried garlic, seal the jar and eat it after 30 days.
Sweet and sour garlic
Precautions:
1. Either fresh garlic or garlic with skin can be made into sweet and sour garlic. Garlic needs to be soaked in clear water for 5 days. If this step is omitted, garlic will taste very spicy.
2. Pickled garlic needs insolation, which can make sweet and sour garlic more crisp and fragrant.
3. The ratio of sweet and sour mentioned above is not necessarily according to my standard. Everyone likes to eat sweet food with more sugar, and those who like sour food with more vinegar. They all taste good.
4. When making sweet and sour garlic, don't touch raw water or oil during the whole process, otherwise the sweet and sour garlic will be moldy.
