Operators selling, buying goods and providing services shall clearly mark the price in accordance with the provisions of the competent pricing department of the government, indicating the name, place of origin, specifications, grade, pricing unit, price or service items, charging standards and other relevant information. Operators shall not sell goods at a price higher than the marked price, and shall not charge any unspecified fees.
The price tag shall be clearly marked, complete, true and clear in content, legible in handwriting, aligned and marked with striking marks. Price changes should be adjusted in time.
