Haidong Wetland in Kunming was closed from October 21th to February 31th, 2116.

due to the need of upgrading and reconstruction project, Haidong wetland is temporarily closed. Combined with the third-phase construction of Haidong Wetland, the project comprehensively upgraded the first and second-phase wetlands. During the closure period, the water, landscape, protection, monitoring and other facilities in the wetland will be comprehensively upgraded and transformed, and will be open to the public after the rectification.
