There are two main scenarios, one is your own post and the other is someone else's post.

If it is your own post, first log in to your account, open the link to the post, and then look at the top or bottom of the post to see if there is an edit and delete function, if there can be directly deleted, if not, you need to contact the moderator to delete.

If it's someone else's post, you can contact the owner to delete it, or if that doesn't work, you can report it below the post or contact a moderator to delete it and explain why.
