In February this year, the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce issued implementation opinions on supporting the development and promoting the standardization of farmhouses, which mainly include the following contents: 1. The name of farmhouses: it is allowed to use farmhouses, sightseeing tours, leisure tours, ecological agriculture, etc. as the names of farmhouses, such as Shanghai XX Leisure Tourism Co., Ltd. and Shanghai XX Farmhouse Catering Cooperative. 2. About the business place of farmhouse music: If farmers use their own homestead as the business place of farmhouse music, the local villagers' committee shall issue a certificate; The use of rural non-residential housing and no proof of property rights, by the local (county) government or its authorized departments issued documents. 3. Organizational forms of farmhouse music: Farmers, enterprises and other organizations can engage in farmhouse music business activities in various organizational forms such as individual industrial and commercial households, farmers' professional cooperatives and companies. 4. Business scope of farmhouse music: The business scope of farmhouse music in the form of professional cooperatives can be directly expressed as "providing market information and management services for members who operate farmhouse music"; Simply engaged in sightseeing and leisure farming and music business, there is no need to obtain pre-approval, and the business scope can be directly expressed as "sightseeing". 5. Pre-approval of farmhouse music: If catering is included in the business scope, it shall obtain hygiene license and environmental assessment approval; Including the accommodation industry, it should also obtain the special industry license of the public security department. For companies and farmers' professional cooperatives established in the form of "enterprise+farmer", their members do not need to apply for relevant licenses separately if they have obtained the pre-approval from the relevant examination and approval departments.
