Xuyi is located in Huai 'an City, Jiangsu Province, downstream of Huaihe River and south bank of Hongze Lake. This river and lake meet here, forming a large area of tidal flat wetland. 109-June, with the growth habits of crayfish, crayfish was slowly out of stock in September, and the market price soared. Because it is unprofitable, major restaurants have stopped selling this delicious food.
