Established on 1829, jiaozi Pavilion, a time-honored Chinese restaurant, was recognized as the oldest dumpling restaurant in the world by Guinness World Records in 2000. 1829 (9 years of Qing Daoguang), Bianfu, the founder of Laobian jiaozi, set up a pavement in Xiaojinqiao, Shengjing (now Shenyang) and started to do steamed dumplings business, named Laobian jiaozi. Because the dumplings he made are thin and stuffed, he cooked them now and soon became famous in the local area. Since then, the production technology of jiaozi in Laobian has been continuously improved in competition and practice, and the production technology of stir-fried soup stuffing has been developed, forming a unique flavor that is loose and chewy, delicious but not greasy, and enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad. After several generations' efforts, the dumpling shop in Laobian has now developed from one store and one shop to Laobian jiaozi Co., Ltd., which integrates catering, chain operation and food production, and has developed more than 100 franchise stores with outlets all over the country.
Laobian jiaozi Store has made great progress. In addition to Shenyang head office, it has also opened branches in Yichun, Jiamusi, Changchun, Zaozhuang, Shijiazhuang, Xi and Dalian. In addition, it has opened branches in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan and Sapporo, Hokkaido.
