New World Dining & Entertainment Plaza is developed and constructed by Hohhot Shuang'an Real Estate Company Limited, and Nantong Sanjian is responsible for the construction. The whole is divided into the underground layer, twelve floors above ground, frame structure, since September 2004 at the start of construction, is expected to be completed in October 2005 month. After the completion of the New World Catering & Entertainment Plaza, with catering, entertainment and leisure as the main business items, the first underground floor is designed as a parking lot with large parking space, and the first to the third floors above the ground are branded catering and fast-food restaurants; the fourth to the sixth floors are various kinds of bars, KTV performing arts plazas, and bathing centers.
