Greenland Center Thousand Seals Plaza, as the "tallest building in Central Plains", occupies an area of 29,181.7 square meters, and is expected to have a total floor area of 250,000 square meters after completion, with the main tower having three underground floors and 56 floors above ground.

The main tower includes the office area of "Global Intelligent Business Platform", the five-star hotel operated and managed by the U.S. Marriott International Group, and the sightseeing hall on the top floor with a bird's eye view of the panoramic view of Zhengzhou and the Yellow River, as well as the distinctive lobby in the lower part, which is connected to the Ruyi Lake, and it is both a sightseeing and a leisure and dining complex. It will meet the needs of the public for sightseeing and recreation, and function as both a sightseeing and leisure dining center. The Convention and Exhibition Hotel will also be built next to the dock, visitors can take a yacht to the Convention and Exhibition Hotel sightseeing.
