What is the dock water testing device?
The terminal water testing device consists of a water testing valve, a pressure gauge, a water testing nozzle and a protective cover. In order to test the reliability of the automatic sprinkler system and whether the system can reliably alarm and start normally under the most unfavorable condition of opening a sprinkler, it is required to set up a terminal water testing device at the most unfavorable point of water supply for each alarm valve.

Characteristics of terminal water testing device

The outlet flow coefficient of the nozzle and the test nozzle is consistent with the minimum nozzle flow coefficient of the automatic sprinkler system on the same floor or in the fire zone. The effluent from the terminal water testing device should be discharged into the drainage pipeline in the form of orifice outflow, and there should be drainage facilities with sufficient drainage capacity.

That is to say, after the end water testing device is turned on, it is equivalent to the sprinkler with the smallest flow coefficient on the same floor or in the fire zone. In order to test whether the water flow indicator, alarm valve, pressure switch and hydraulic alarm bell work normally, whether the water distribution pipeline is unblocked, and the working pressure of the most unfavorable nozzle.

The water flowing out of the orifice is not blocked from entering the atmosphere, which is a way of free outflow. The orifice plate has the smallest outflow resistance coefficient, and the maximum outflow can be obtained under the same pressure. A terminal water testing device is arranged at the most unfavorable point nozzle controlled by each alarm valve group. Other fire zones and floors shall be equipped with test valves with a diameter of 25mm.
