Having funds suitable for the retail business of tobacco products, having a fixed business place independent of the residence, meeting the requirements of the rational distribution of local tobacco products retail outlets and other conditions stipulated by the tobacco monopoly administrative department of the State Council.
Go through the formalities and handle the property right certificate of the business address, such as a copy of the real estate license. If renting, a copy of the lease agreement should also be submitted.
The applicant's identity certificate, such as a copy of the ID card and a copy of the temporary residence permit, and a copy of the business license if it has been applied for.
Two one-inch photos of the applicant. If joining, relevant certificates such as joining contract shall be submitted; If it is handled by a collective company, the articles of association, letter of appointment, certificate of establishment and other relevant certificates shall be submitted; For multi-person operation, submit a copy of employee ID card.
Due to the needs of public interests such as municipal construction, if the government decides to dismantle the original cigarette retail outlets and reapply for the tobacco monopoly retail license within three months from the date of dismantling, the distance between the retail outlets shall not be less than 30 meters.
Rural villages and groups can set up 1 retail outlets for every 300 permanent residents (less than 300 retail outlets are counted as 300), and the retail outlets are not less than 50 meters apart.
