According to Article 45 of the Draft Law on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), the renovation time is: legal rest days, holidays and working days 12 to 14, and construction is prohibited from 18 to 8 o'clock the next day. It is forbidden to carry out noise decoration and other nuisance operations in residential buildings that have been completed and delivered for use.
