From the general contractor's point of view, combined with our company's construction strength, specialty, technology, supporting capacity of machines and tools and other factors, our company has compiled this technical bid on the premise of fully understanding the requirements mentioned in the bidding documents under the condition that the specific projects of subcontractors are not clear and the construction drawings are not detailed. We have demonstrated the feasibility of technical measures for the coordination and connection of key working procedures in various sub-projects, so that all links of this project are always under control in the whole process of decoration construction, reaching high quality, high standard and high level, satisfying customers, and ensuring the construction period, safety, quality and improving economic benefits while handling the relationship between Party A, the supervisor and relevant units. This project is a fine decoration project invested and transformed by Shanghai * * * * * Hotel, and the project funds have been put in place. The design drawings of the construction stage have been completed by Shanghai Architectural Design and Research Institute. The preparatory work for the early stage of construction has been completed, and the temporary water supply and power supply are provided by Party A, which can meet the construction requirements and meet the construction conditions for secondary decoration.
