In order to effectively promote the classification management of street domestic garbage and create a clean and tidy office environment, this system is formulated in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Municipal Organs Administration Bureau on printing and distributing the Implementation Plan for Domestic Waste Classification of Municipal Organs and Institutions in Xiamen in 2118 (No.16 [2118] of Xiamen Municipality), please follow it.

1. Classification of garbage

Strictly classified according to the four-point method: harmful waste (red bucket), recyclables (blue bucket), kitchen waste (green bucket) and other garbage (orange bucket).

1. harmful waste refers to the garbage containing toxic and harmful chemicals, including batteries (batteries, button cell, etc.), waste lamps, expired medicines, expired daily cosmetics, hair dyes, pesticide containers, herbicide containers, waste mercury thermometers, waste paint barrels, waste printer cartridges, toner cartridges, etc. When placing, it is necessary to ensure that waste energy-saving lamps and fluorescent lamps are not damaged. Ordinary dry batteries (batteries No.5 and No.7, etc.) do not belong to harmful waste and should be placed in other garbage bins. ?

2. Recyclable: refers to the garbage with high recycling value that can enter the waste recycling channel, including paper (newspapers, leaflets, magazines, used books, cardboard boxes and other unpolluted paper products, etc.), metals (iron, copper, aluminum and other products), glass (glass bottles and cans, flat glass and other glass products) and plastic products except plastic bags (foam, plastic products). Please make sure that the recyclables are not polluted, and dump the residual liquid in the milk box of the beverage bottle. ?

3. Kitchen waste: refers to food scraps and food residues produced in schools, canteens and catering industries, including food wastes such as leftovers, bones, roots, leaves, peels and expired food. It is difficult to biodegrade animal bones, so it is not suitable to put them into kitchen waste.

4. Other garbage: refers to other domestic garbage except harmful waste, kitchen waste and recyclables, including contaminated and unrenewable paper (paper cups, photos, postcards, photo albums, toilet paper, diapers, etc.), plastic bags and other contaminated plastic products, waste clothes and other textiles, feminine hygiene products, disposable tableware, shells, cigarette butts, etc.

2. Requirements for garbage classification

1. Every office should post a brochure on garbage classification.

2. Three kinds of garbage bins must be placed at the office garbage disposal place, namely other garbage bins, kitchen waste garbage bins and recyclable garbage bins, and the classification marks are affixed to the barrels (note: ceramics and glass need to be placed separately).

3. The office should assign a special person to be responsible for the maintenance of the sorting facilities, and keep the trash cans clean, tidy, orderly placed and completely marked.

4. The kitchen waste, other wastes and recyclables generated in the office should be classified and put into the corresponding classified garbage bins, and finally put into the classified centralized point.

III. Inspection mechanism

1. The inspectors of all offices and communities are responsible for regularly checking the classification of offices, 1-2 times a day, and the street efficiency supervision office conducts random checks from time to time, establishes and improves the garbage classification inspection ledger, and completes the registration and self-inspection of garbage classification records.

2. The street efficiency supervision office will report the inspection results after summarizing and sorting out the inspection results, and put the correct red flag side, mixed or incorrect black flag side, and win two flags within one month, and the street efficiency supervision office will give informed criticism.
