According to the Notice of Guangzhou Municipality on Migrant Workers of Construction Enterprises Participating in Work-related Injury Insurance in Advance (No.3 [2007] of Suilao Society), construction enterprises registered or operating within the administrative area of this Municipality should participate in work-related injury insurance in advance for migrant workers who have established labor relations with them but have not yet participated in social insurance. Before the start of new construction projects (including reconstruction and expansion projects), the construction unit shall list the work-related injury insurance premiums for migrant workers in the total project cost, and the construction administrative department shall urge the general contracting enterprises or professional contracting enterprises that directly contract out the contract to pay the work-related injury insurance premiums for migrant workers in construction enterprises in one lump sum before the start of construction. If the construction engineering contracting company has signed a labor service agreement (contract) with the construction labor service company, and has been insured according to the employee's real-name registration system, and then insured by the project, the industrial injury insurance premium that has been insured in real name during the contract period (industrial injury insurance period) of this project will be deducted. 1. This project subject to tender is based on 20% of the bid price in the bid-winning notice. 2. For projects not subject to tender, the payment base is 20% of the contract price in the construction project contract. The payment ratio is 1%. Individuals do not pay. (If there is no extension, the payment will be made in the year of 20 1 1%. Work-related injury insurance premium = payment base × 1% information required for migrant workers in construction enterprises to participate in work-related injury insurance. The original and photocopy of the bid-winning notice shall be provided for the bidding project (the photocopy shall be stamped with the official seal). 2. For non-tendering projects, provide the original and photocopy of the construction contract of the construction project (the photocopy is stamped with the official seal). 3. Approval Form for One-time Payment of Work-related Injury Insurance Fee for Migrant Workers in Construction Enterprises (SF090) (in duplicate). 4. If the treatment of work-related injury insurance approved by the copy of ID card is based on my salary, it shall be calculated according to 60% of the average monthly salary of workers in the previous year when the migrant workers are injured as a whole.
