1. It is strictly forbidden to set wires at will and overload electricity use.
2. When using the electric furnace in the glue boiling process, there must be someone who is in charge. It is forbidden to keep the person in charge away from the electric furnace when boiling glue.
3. Check and maintain the power supply, sockets and lines on a regular basis, and replace the aging lines and components in time to prevent potential safety hazards caused by aging lines.
4. All departments should turn off the power supply in time after work and check it, and then leave after it is confirmed.
5. Any potential safety hazard found shall be reported to the leaders of all departments in time and handled in time.
3. Fire environment control in the factory
1. Discarded paper scraps are strictly prohibited to be discarded at will.
2. Waste paper dumps should be inspected every day to prevent hazards, and equipment should be isolated from inflammable and explosive articles.
3. The warehouse should be inspected regularly, and all kinds of paper products and cartons should be neatly stacked. It is forbidden to carry lighters when entering the warehouse.
IV. Adding fire-fighting equipment
1. The full-time administrator is responsible for the daily use management of fire-fighting facilities, and the full-time administrator checks the use status of fire-fighting facilities every day to keep the facilities clean, hygienic and intact.
2. Maintain the technical performance of fire-fighting facilities and fire-fighting equipment and conduct regular technical inspection. If any abnormality is found, arrange maintenance in time to keep the equipment in good technical condition.
V. Fire safety education and training system
1. Organize employees to study fire control laws and regulations on a regular basis, so as to manage fires according to law.
2. Each department should conduct fire safety education and training according to the post characteristics.
3. On-the-spot demonstration and training should be conducted for the maintenance and use personnel of fire control facilities.
4. Conduct pre-job fire protection training for new employees, and they can only work after passing the examination.
