Beijing has five golf courses.
Most of Beijing's golf courses operate on a membership basis, with lifetime memberships generally ranging from US$30,000 to US$90,000, with no further charges for playing. Spending on a game ranges from 400 yuan to 800 yuan on weekdays and rises to more than 1,000 yuan on holidays, with some reaching more than 1,400 yuan.

In 1744, the rules of golf developed by the Edinburgh Golf Association and expressly published appeared, *** thirteen, and was first applied to the first British Open in 1754. From 1897 the R & A (Royal Classic Golf Club) took responsibility for the maintenance and modification of the rules of golf. 1936 saw the withdrawal of golf from the Olympic Games, but the development did not stop there.
The North American continent continued to develop a high level of golf, with ambiguities in the rules due to regional, human and political differences. Starting in 1951, the rules of golf were jointly finalized by the R&A and the USGA (United States Golf Association) and revised every four years, and the rules of golf established by the R&A and the USGA maintained the order of the game.
With the continuous development of the game of golf, golf's major tournaments in the world of sports attention continues to increase, and finally in 2016, golf in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, back to the Olympic Games. Against this backdrop, the R&A and the USGA revamped the rules of golf and on January 1, 2019, they were enacted.
While there are many rules of golf, the most basic rules are two main ones: the first is that participants compete under fair conditions; the second is that any given situation is handled in an objective and fair manner during the course of the game. Virtually all the rules of the game of golf are formulated on these two premises.
