How to calculate the wages on New Year's Day

Article 44 If one of the following circumstances exists, the employer shall pay wages and remuneration higher than the wages of the workers for the normal working hours in accordance with the following standards:

(1) if the arrangement is made to prolong the working hours of the workers, wages and remuneration of not less than one hundred and fifty percent of the wages shall be paid;

(2) If a worker is arranged to work on a rest day and no compensatory time off can be arranged, a wage remuneration of not less than two hundred percent of the wage is paid;

(c) if a worker is arranged to work on a statutory vacation, a wage remuneration of not less than three hundred percent of the wage is paid.
