Third, specialization is complementary, and inspection and management are combined. On the basis of planned sampling, organize special sampling in time according to daily inspection, previous sampling, seasonal sales, public opinion hotspots and sudden food safety problems. Combined with the problems found in daily supervision such as flight inspection and system inspection, as well as the progress of new laws and regulations and food quality and safety improvement actions, the sampling tasks were adjusted in a timely manner.
The fourth is scientific norms. On the existing basis, expand the pilot scale of evaluation sampling, determine the sampling task according to the population size, and adjust the matching task appropriately according to local conditions.
