The Regulations on the Administration of Outdoor Advertising Registration has been revised by the executive meeting of the People's Republic of China and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of July 1, 2116. In order to standardize the management of outdoor advertising registration and promote the healthy development of outdoor advertising, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on Advertising Management.
The outdoor advertisements mentioned in these Provisions refer to advertisements published by using outdoor places, spaces and facilities. These Provisions shall come into force as of July 1, 2116.
