The deployment, our city officially implemented the motor vehicle owners to select motor vehicle license plate numbers through the Internet from September 1, 2119.

(1) Type of applicable license plate

The number plate of self-made and self-selected motor vehicles on the Internet is only applicable to the type of small car license plate (commonly known as "blue license plate")

Note: the application scope of small car license plate: passenger, truck and special operation vehicle below medium size (quoted from "Safety Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China * * * *-People's Republic of China * * * Vehicle Number Plate of the People's Republic of China (GA36-2117))

(II) Applicable business scope

The number selection of motor vehicle owners through the Internet is applicable to the registration of small cars, the transfer registration of non-operating small cars and the registration of change of residence address (excluding the registration of change of residence within the jurisdiction). For motor vehicles whose original foreign license plates meet the requirements of "Motor Vehicle License Plate of the People's Republic of China" (GA36－2117), the number plate of small cars shall be renewed.

(III) Illustration of how to compile the license plate number

The number segment of the Internet motor vehicle license plate in our city (including Panyu, Huadu, Zengcheng and Conghua) is Guangdong A/111XY- Guangdong A/999ZZ, with about 51,111 pairs. The specific compilation method is as follows:

2. Enter the certification information of motor vehicle and owner

Enter the vehicle identification code, owner identification number and owner's name/name of the self-selected vehicle. Enter the correct verification code according to the screen display, and click Next to enter the next step.

3. Contact information of all people

According to the on-screen prompts, enter the contact information of all people (residential address, postal code, mobile phone, mailing address, fixed phone, e-mail address and temporary residence permit number). Click Next to enter the next step.

4. Confirm whether the information is correct

Confirm whether the information filled in is correct. If it is wrong, click Back to go back to the previous step and modify it again. If it is confirmed that the information entered is correct, click Next to enter the number selection step.

5. Number selection

Enter the number plate to be pre-selected through the on-screen button, which will dynamically use the corresponding button according to the configuration of the number segment to ensure that the entered number plate meets the number segment setting. After entering the complete license plate number, the system will automatically check the usage of the entered number in the background. If it is not used, the right side of the license plate number will prompt that the license plate number can be pre-selected, and then confirm that the number selection is enabled. Click Confirm Number Selection to formally confirm the number selection, and the screen will prompt that the license plate number has been pre-selected successfully, and the page will automatically enter the "Print Pre-selected Number Voucher" page.

6. Print the pre-selected number voucher

After the system officially confirms the number selection and the number selection is successful, the system will display the number selection information. If the local computer has a printer, click the pre-selected number voucher and the system will open the printing page of the pre-selected number voucher. Click the browser "File" -> The "Print" menu can print the pre-selected voucher web page. If it is necessary to make up the printing, follow the above steps 1-2. If the input vehicle identification code has been pre-selected, the system will automatically enter the sixth step to make up the printing.

(5) Precautions

1. Validity of the pre-selected number

After the pre-selected number is successful, the number plate will be kept for five working days (holidays and public holidays will be postponed). If it is not handled within the time limit, the selected number plate will be invalid. During this period, motor vehicles that have successfully selected the number plate number online are not allowed to select the number again or modify the information through the Internet.

special note: due to the limitation of the business process of motor vehicle transfer registration, after the vehicle pre-selection number for transfer registration is successful, you must apply for business at the vehicle management office within two working days, and the vehicle management office will not accept it after the deadline.

2. Requirements for information entry

Motor vehicle owners should carefully check and accurately enter the identification number, vehicle identification code and other related information. If the information entered is inconsistent with the relevant certification documents, the selected license plate number will be invalid.

3. Print the Internet Pre-selected Number Voucher

After the successful Internet number selection, the motor vehicle owner should print the Internet Pre-selected Number Voucher, and submit it together with the business data when handling the business, and explain to the accepting police that the Internet number has been selected. If the Internet Preselection Certificate is not printed successfully or lost, you can explain the situation to the accepting police and receive the Internet Preselection Certificate (manually filled in version), and then fill it out and submit it.

4. If the valid application materials are not submitted within the specified time or the relevant laws and regulations are not met, the selected license plate number is invalid.

5. The owner of the motor vehicle makes his own number plate on the Internet, and the relevant number selection equipment will not be provided in the office of the vehicle management office for the time being.
