Business units will start business and resume work on the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures.

temporarily closed units: including beauty salons, tea houses, chess and cards rooms, mahjong halls, screenplay clubs, Internet cafes, bars, KTV, theaters, gyms, gymnasiums, swimming pools and other non-essential closed places, as well as student and child care institutions and offline education and training institutions. Business units will not open for business for the time being.

industry opening and resumption time: the opening and resumption time of immediate and orderly opening units will start from 24: 11 on March 23rd, 2122, and the opening and resumption time of temporarily closed units will be determined according to the epidemic prevention and control situation.

the basic conditions for applying for opening and resuming work: an immediate and orderly opening business unit will apply to the town where it is located, make a commitment, and start business and resume work after the acceptance of the town where it is located.

regulated service enterprises: when they start business and resume work, they should formulate epidemic prevention and control plans, establish employee investigation accounts, have necessary prevention and control facilities and materials, and thoroughly clean and disinfect their business premises.

service enterprises under the regulations: the towns shall organize the implementation according to the acceptance conditions of service enterprises under the regulations.

enterprises should strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures, strict staff management and business management, and strictly disinfect office areas, business premises and other public areas as required to keep the environment clean.
